I’m going to give this place 5 stars because it’s cheap the staff are lovely people and it’s with in a stones throw from what ever you need . We”ll be booking this hotel again .
I saw some bad reviews for this hotel, we booked a business trip and stayed here anyway as I heard there was new owners. Let me start by saying we was made so welcome from the moment we arrived. It was clear from the start that they had recently taken over and where quickly making a lot of changes. They are currently trying to overcome a few obstacles and they did everything they could and more to make us feel welcome and give us everything we needed. This came as no extra cost to them but their positive and warning attitude made our experience there extremely pleasant. We stay at some very nice hotels with our business and a few of those could do with some tips from these owners, well done to all of you and we will be back to see you soon
We had a great stay at this hotel and staff bent over backwards to accommodate us. Would definitely stay here again. This hotel was only recently taken over (November) . A lot of work and effort has gone into this place, and a lot of work still being done. We had a great time celebrating my 70th and couldn't believe the staff took the time off their busy schedule to decorate my room. A lovely touch
We had a wonderful family stay at The New Oxford Hotel Blackpool. The staff were amazing — so friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location was ideal for visiting all the attractions. Great breakfast and fantastic service made our holiday extra special. Highly recommend for families!
A great place for families. Nice bar with regular live entertainment and bingo. The staff are warm and friendly and happy to deal with any issues that you come across. The hotel was included in a coach package with Caledonian Travel and I was happily surprised to find entertainment on all the nights we were here. It may not be everyone's tastes but its perfect for families and couples.
Just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. Perfectly situated, 2 minutes to Coral Island, 4 minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to the tower and Winter Gardens. Rooms were great. Very clean and newly decorated. There is obviously work being done on the hotel and still work to be done. Credit where its due, new owners only took over 3 months ago and you can see the progress already made. During our stay, Sandra, Ian and Paul were always there with a welcome and a chat as we went through reception. We'll definitely be back
The hotel has a great atmosphere and the owners are lovely. Haley, the receptionist/barmaid/cook/housekeeper can nit do enough for her customers. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Me, my wife and two children had a great time.
Had a wonderful time. Room clean, couple of minutes away had a great time over the xmas time
